Ménagère, commerçante, agricultrice le jour et apprenante la nuit : les prix de l’autonomie et du repositionnement social de la femme en milieu rural ivoirien

Résumé
Pour remédier à sa situation de cadette sociale, la femme rurale ivoirienne principalement de Dramanekro1a intégré à un programme d’alphabétisation. Ainsi, des statuts de ménagère, de commerçante, d’agricultrice le jour ; elle saisit celui «d’apprenante » la nuit. L’étude vise à montrer les différentes négociations temporelles et sociales entreprises par la femme rurale pour bénéficier des bienfaits de l’alphabétisation dans un milieu social où la pression sociale et la soumission féminine sont intériorisées comme une loi divine. L’analyse des données collectées auprès des apprenantes et un formateur par l’entremise de guides d’entretien met en évidence les stratégies féminines mobilisées dans la conciliation maison-marché-champ-école et, les modes d’intégration du lire, écrire et « parler français » dans l’autonomisation sociale et les pratiques téléphoniques.
Abstract
To rectify her situation of social junior, the rural woman of Ivory Coast
mainly of Dramanekro integrated into a program of teaching of literacy. Thus, from statutes of housewife, trader, farmer, the day; she takes the statute “of learning” the night. The study aims at showing the various temporal and social negotiations undertaken by the rural woman to profit from the benefits of the teaching of literacy in a social environment where the social pressure and the female submission are interiorized like a divine law. The data analysis collected near learning and trainer through guides of interview highlights the females/women’s strategies used in the conciliation house market-field-school and, the modes of integration of the reading, the writing and French-speaking in the social empowerment and the telephone practices.
