Le problème central de notre investigation porte sur la formation
continue des enseignants, telle qu’assurée par les inspecteurs pédagogiques. Le constat est que les inspecteurs pédagogiques régionaux de français dans le Mayo Kebby Est n’assurent pas efficacement la formation continue des
professeurs de français. Nous nous sommes fixé pour objectifs d’examiner si les inspecteurs pédagogiques régionaux ont la qualification, les moyens matériels et le temps nécessaires pour assurer la formation continue des enseignants. Un échantillon de cent (100) enseignants et de deux (02) inspecteurs pédagogiques régionaux de français ont été enquêtés à l’aide de l’observation, des questionnaires, des entrevues et de l’analyse documentaire. Les résultats ont révélé que les Inspecteurs Pédagogiques Régionaux de français ne sont pas outillés pour assurer la formation continue des enseignants. Nous avons suggéré quelques propositions visant à améliorer la fonction d’inspecteur pédagogique régional en la dotant d’outils nécessaires afin qu’elle concoure à la formation continue des enseignants de manière efficace.

Abstract
The main problem of our investigation, bear on the continuous training of
teachers, as insured by the educational inspectors. The report that we have made is that: The Regional French Inspector. For East Mayo Kebby does not insure efficiently the continuous training of French teacher. To understand the reasons of this report, we have stated this goal: to examine if the Regional French Inspector are qualified to continuously train the teachers, to know if they have the materials mean and the effective time to assume this heavy task of teachers training. We have collected the data near a sample of one hundred (100) teachers and of five (05) Regional French Inspector by the mean of observation, of questionnaires, of interview and analysis of documents. Come from these results, we have suggested some strategic propositions in order to ameliorate the function of Regional French Inspector. By endowing it of necessary means so that she concur to the continuous training of teacher with effective manner.
